Here are a few more pictures from our weekend in the Eifel region.
We waited about 20 minutes (mostly in the car) for this natural cold water geyser, called Wallender Born to erupt.
On Sunday, we drove to Trier, which is one of Germany’s oldest cities and said to be founded by Emperor Augustus. We saw the Porta Nigra, which is the old Roman city gate.
We also peaked in at the Dom of St. Peter, a Catholic church.
