Phantasialand is an amusement park that is like a mini-Disneyland. There are five “lands:” Berlin, Deep in Africa, China Town, Mexico and Fantasy. They have a mix of thrill rides and rides more suitable for those who like a little less “thrill” (like me). After church on Sunday, we drove to the park which is about 40 minutes from our house. The weather was beautiful! And the park was running a special, that if you visited Phantasialand in April, then you got free tickets to visit again during the summer.
You can’t tell based on the picture, but Christian and I are sitting in a “mine train” on the Colorado Adventure rollercoaster. This is the equivalent of Big Thunder Mountain at the Disney parks.
Here we are in “Berlin.” We waited over an hour for the Maus au Chocolat attraction (Disney equivalent = Buzz Lightyear).
