Christian’s mom gave us this book & some tools to make pralines for Christmas.
Christian made a batch of pistachio, marzipan & chocolate pralines. He first ground up the pistachios.
Then he mixed the marzipan with the ground pistachios.
Christian melted some baking chocolate, which he spread over the pistachio-marzipan mixture.
Once the chocolate had set, Christian flipped the chocolate-covered side onto parchment paper and cut the mixture into rectangles.
They were then dipped into more chocolate.
After being in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, they were ready to eat.
